Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from RFQ to final delivery.
Review engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements.
Monitor quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and conduct regular reviews.
Ensure on-time project execution and delivery.
Categorize components into part families based on manufacturing processes and maintain risk assessment data.
Identify manufacturing complexities related to tolerances, materials, and processes.
Plan, track, and execute projects with a hands-on approach.
Prepare route cards, stage drawings, identify critical risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Allocate work effectively within the team based on priorities.
Guide and mentor team members to ensure product and assembly requirements are understood.
Maintain quality, consistency, and process compliance.
Handle supplier interactions, negotiations, and communication.
Support organizational goals and align with the company's vision and mission.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Aerospace, Precision Engineering, CNC Machining, Manufacturing Engineering, or Project Management.
Proven experience handling complex machined components, supplier development, and recent product introduction (NPI) projects.
