Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting basic organic synthesis reactions, including setup, execution, and work-up procedures under supervision.
Handle reactions in autoclaves, monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time, ensuring
strict adherence to safety protocols.
Perform routine laboratory tasks such as preparing reagents, maintaining instruments, and accurately recording data.
Support senior chemists in sample analysis using techniques such as Titration, FTIR, pH, moisture analysis, and GC.
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized lab environment, following Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Participate in team meetings, assisting with data sharing, documentation, and process improvements.
