Key Responsibilities:
Lead business valuation engagements for M&A;, restructuring, corporate reorganizations, and financial and tax reporting.
Perform valuations of holding companies, joint ventures, intercompany interests, and intangible assets.
Develop detailed financial models and conduct secondary research and valuation analysis.
Apply relevant accounting standards, including ASC 350, 718, 820, 805, and other applicable standards.
Prepare and review valuation reports, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with global teams and clients to deliver complex valuation projects.
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
Support business development, client relationships, and project management activities.
