Skilling Counsellor

Work Mode: Work from Home

Working Hours: 4 - 5 hours per day

Salary: 10,000 per month

Preferred Background: Social Work / Sociology / Psychology

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads from Naukri, social media, and digital campaigns.
Counsel candidates about training programs, job opportunities, and internships.
Understand candidate interests, address queries, and support conversions.
Maintain calling records and follow-up status.
Coordinate with internal teams and achieve calling and conversion targets.

Preferred Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups.
