Responsibilities
Lead Generation and follow ups.
Guide and assist trial customers.
Convert trial customers to paid subscribers.
Maintain recurring revenue and customer retention.
Be the point of contact for the customers, their queries and escalate when necessary.
Follow up for timely payments.
Maintain bill records.
Product demonstration.
Upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in SaaS sales (IT/Software sales may be considered)
Any IT graduate
Robust written and verbal communication skills
