We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at Baked Cakes and Pastries.

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries
Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment records
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents
Record cash and bank transactions
Maintain proper documentation of bills and expenses
Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
Assist in maintaining branch-wise accounts and records
Support payroll and salary-related accounting work
Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting requirements
Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports
Coordinate with branches and other departments for accounting-related matters
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks

Requirements:




B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
Previous experience in accounting is preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST and TDS
Valuable numerical and analytical skills
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
