We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with solid expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and distributed caching technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications and services in a cloud-native setting.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java 8 and above versions.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architectures.
Develop event-driven systems using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
Implement caching solutions using Redis, Hazelcast, Ehcache, or similar technologies to improve application performance.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Create technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
