Plan and coordinate vehicle placement for the timely dispatch of finished goods.
Manage dispatch planning and coordinate with warehouse, sales, and production teams.
Liaise with transporters and follow up on vehicle reporting, loading, and delivery schedules.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to their respective destinations.
Maintain dispatch records, transport documents, delivery challans, and related reports.
Monitor transportation costs and ensure effective utilization of vehicles.
Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues and provide regular dispatch updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics documentation requirements.

Preferred candidate profile : Required Skills: Logistics and dispatch management, transporter coordination, shipment tracking, MS Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience: Proven experience in relevant areas within the Food Processing Industry or FMCG sector.
