Role Description

We are seeking a energetic and result oriented Key Account Manager for a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi.

The Key Account

Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, creating and executing business plans, and driving strategic account growth. The role will involve conducting in-depth analysis to identify prospects, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.





Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships
Proficient in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities for key clients
Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and issue resolution
Excellent Analytical Skills to understand client data and drive informed decision-making
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both clients and internal & external teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in managing key accounts or relevant roles is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines effectively
