Legal Opinion: Prepare explicit legal opinions on property ownership, title chain, and transaction eligibility.
Risk Identification: Identify property disputes, title defects, missing documents, and other legal risks.
Legal Advisory: Provide guidance on property transactions, family partitions, inheritance, and property related legal issues.
