Job Summary : Associate, Analytics | Open-End Funds

Key Responsibilities
Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses on portfolio positions, exposures, liquidity, and performance for open-end strategy funds.
Prepare and enhance reports covering performance metrics, risk analytics, portfolio characteristics, and liquidity profiles.
Develop subject matter expertise in assigned open-end fund strategies, including fund structure and reporting conventions.
Efficiently source, extract, and validate fund-level data using internal systems.
Utilize Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to manage and analyze large datasets related to portfolio holdings and performance.
Support automation of investor reporting and internal performance packages.
Partner with technology teams to improve data integrity, scalability, and reporting efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Investment, Product, Investor Relations, Marketing, Accounting, IT, Compliance) to refine and deliver open-end fund reports.
Contribute to process improvements for reporting accuracy and scalability.

Requirements




5+ years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
Robust knowledge of open-end fund structures and alternative investments.
3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
CFA/CIPM candidates with at least one exam level passed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred.

Education
