Responsibilities
Manage interior projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients on design concepts and budgets.
Oversee fit outs, corporate interiors, turnkey projects.
Valuable knowledge of commercial matters AOR.
Positive knowledge of MEP works for better coordination.
Key person for coordination with PMC, Client and management.
Prepare material requirement and tracking with HO.
Can handle team of 50-100 manpower and 5 staff at a time.
Depth knowledge of interior execution work.
Experience of snagging and handing over.
Fitout experience candidate will be preferred.
Contractor experience is must requirement.
Valuable communication skills verbal and written. Responsible for all daily correspondence to Client.
Structural experience may pls avoid to apply.
