Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee daily operations of retail stores for effective customer service and sales growth.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide coaching.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify prospects for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
Implement and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

Job Requirements




Proven experience in retail management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with process excellence initiatives and continuous improvement methodologies.
