We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Manager to join our team at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process excellence and be able to drive improvements in our travel management processes.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in travel management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of travel management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Implement best practices and industry standards in travel management to ensure compliance and quality.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Identify prospects to innovate and improve our travel management capabilities.





Job Requirements
Strong understanding of process excellence principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
Experience with travel management systems and technologies, including booking platforms and ticketing systems.
Solid leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
