Role & responsibilities
Design develop and maintain high-quality Java based full-stack applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and productive software solutions.
Utilize expertise in Java to build backend services and integrate with frontend components
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry best practices to enhance application performance and security
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and software design [For P3]
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Java full-stack applications

Skill Requirements:
Core Java (Java 21)
Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, Spring Security, OAuth, JWT, JPA
REST API Development
Kafka




Angular 8 or above // React JS as applicable per split.
Python (Proficiency in Python Coding as a programing language)
Oracle/ MySQL - Design and optimize database schemas and write productive SQL queries
JUnit, Git
AI (Hands-on in any AI tool - Windsurf, Copilot, Devin etc.) - Very proficient in Prompt engineering
Agile Scrum methodology - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives
Nice to have: Agentic AI experience(building agents)
