Job Role & Key Responsibilities The candidate will be involved in architectural design, concept development, 3D visualization, presentations and design documentation across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and design proposals
Assist in concept planning, space planning and design development
Prepare 2D drawings, presentations and architectural details
Develop 3D models and visualization views
Assist in preparing design presentations and client presentations




Coordinate design requirements with internal teams and consultants
Research materials, finishes, architectural details and design solutions
Ensure design intent is maintained through various stages of the project

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Revit / BIM is preferred
Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software
Knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / D5 / other rendering software is an advantage
Good presentation and graphic communication skills
Solid understanding of architectural planning and detailing

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
