Role overview

Help customers choose Lenovo laptops on the shop floor. Understand their needs and budget,

explain product features clearly, give demonstrations and close sales. Work with the store team to provide accurate information and valuable service.

Key responsibilities
Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable laptops for work, study,

gaming or everyday use.
Explain and compare processors, RAM, storage, displays and other features in simple words;

give product demonstrations.
Recommend suitable accessories and available extended warranty options, explaining their

benefits and terms clearly.
Share approved prices and offers; confirm stock, product availability and pricing with the store

team.
Work towards agreed sales targets, handle customer questions and support customers from

enquiry to purchase.
Assist with billing, keep sales and customer records accurate, and coordinate with the store

team on after-sales queries.

Candidate requirements
12th pass or above; a graduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Lenovo laptop sales or laptop retail sales is required.




Strong product knowledge of Lenovo laptop lineups, including IdeaPad, Yoga, ThinkPad and

Legion, and their specifications and features.
English, Bengali and Hindi are all necessary for the role, along with confidence in customer

conversations.
Fluency in Bengali is required; Nepali is an advantage.
A customer-first attitude, a target-driven approach and confidence in closing sales.
Comfortable with basic billing, computer-based record keeping and store processes.

Active listening and explicit, qualified customer communication.
Product comparison, demonstrations and objection handling.
Sales focus, accessory upselling and accurate record keeping.
Teamwork and reliable coordination with store staff.

Work location / branch: Placewell Retail, beside Hotel Vinayak, Hill Cart Road, Siliguri. Weekly off: The weekly off is not fixed. You may work on Sundays and get a weekday off instead,

based on the staff schedule and availability.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
