Position: Marketing and Research Intern

About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Research Intern to support our day-to-day online operations and help drive growth. You will handle product data management, order processing, and customer support, while contributing to marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings; manage images, categories, and tags.
Order Processing: Process orders, manage inventory, coordinate with warehouse/logistics, and resolve order issues.
Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone; handle complaints promptly.
Sales Analytics:



Assist with marketing content, analyse sales data, and stay updated on e-commerce trends.

Qualifications:
Solid skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, basic formulas, Pivot Tables, and Power Query. Ability to automate repetitive tasks and analyse large datasets efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Experience with platforms like Shopify or Amazon is a plus.
