Role & responsibilities
Raise and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP.
Support demand planning and inventory management of marketing materials.
Coordinate air and sea dispatches of marketing materials across MEA markets.
Manage courier dispatches of marketing materials from Head Office.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders for administrative tasks like payments, vendor follow-ups etc
Maintain marketing documentation and trackers.
Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in administration and logistics. Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage.
