Maintenance In-charge – Qualification: Boiler Certified person Only.
Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance activities, preferably in a manufacturing/food industry.
Boiler Experience: Practical experience in boiler operation, maintenance and safety is preferred.
IBR Certification: IBR Boiler Attendant / Boiler Operation Certificate is preferred And mandatory where applicable, depending on the boiler capacity and applicable state regulations.
Knowledge of:
Boiler operation & preventive maintenance
Electrical and mechanical maintenance
Pumps, motors, compressors and utility equipment
5S, safety and statutory compliance
Preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown maintenance
Boiler inspection and IBR compliance
Basic documentation and maintenance MIS
