Business Development – Lead Generation

Location: Sector 68, Noida

Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Night Shift

Experience: 2–5 Years

What You’ll Do
Research and identify prospective customers across target industries and global markets.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other prospecting tools.
Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers.
Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and identify business prospects.
Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outbound campaigns.
Consistently achieve lead generation and meeting-booking targets.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, SDR, or BDR roles.




Robust experience in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with US, UK, Europe, or APAC markets is preferred.
Exposure to Salesforce, SaaS, CRM, or IT Services is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a target-driven setting.

Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹60,000.62 per month
