Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Lead the creation of cutting-edge designs, prototypes, and technical solutions.
Technical Expertise: Utilize CAD software (SOLIDWORKS/AUTOCAD) to develop 2D and 3D designs.
Project Management: Manage program budgets, timelines, and technical scope.
Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and technicians, offering technical advice and conducting design reviews.

Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 7+ years in a similar design role.
Skills: Solid knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks
Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
