Job Role & Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.
Attend customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues.
Carry out routine inspections and basic repairs.
Assist in installation, maintenance, and breakdown support.
Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment under Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance guidelines.
Coordinate with senior technicians and the service team.
