Position Overview:

Prosonic Technologies is seeking a dependable and proactive Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplace. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office setting while assisting staff with logistical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:1. Office Cleanliness and Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobby, pantry and hallways.
Tidy and clean workstations, meeting rooms, and shared office spaces.
Ensure the pantry is clean and stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, snacks, and water.
Handling Deliveries and Office Tasks
Distribute internal mail, documents, and packages efficiently.
Assist with courier services and manage outgoing/incoming deliveries.
Run office tasks such as trips to the banks, or vendors.
Supporting Office Operations
Set up meeting rooms, ensure AV equipment is functional, and serve refreshments.
Assist in organizing office events and team functions.
Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management and reordering.




General Administrative Support
Support administrative staff with clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and printing.
Help with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Organize and maintain office storage and filing systems.
Courier and Postal Services
Manage mail and courier dispatch and ensure timely delivery and logging of packages.
Support for Employees and Visitors
Greet and assist visitors, guiding them to the appropriate contacts.
Provide day-to-day support to employees including arranging supplies and equipment.
Help manage office furniture and minor setup/assembly tasks.
Basic Maintenance Tasks
Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, equipment problems) promptly.
Ensure cleanliness.
Skills:
Familiarity with basic office equipment (printer, copier, etc.)
Ability to perform light physical tasks and maintain tidiness

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
