Operations – Portfolio Manager
Location: In office (Gurugram, Haryana)
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM IST (Aligned with Australian business hours)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days)
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
Experience Required: 1–3 years preferred
Education: Minimum Graduate
Mode of Work: Work from Office
Cab Facility: Not provided
Interviews: Virtual (Google Meet / Zoom)

Position Overview We are hiring for the position of Portfolio Manager to support our Australia-based property operations from our Gurugram office.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in Real Estate, Administration, BPO and Operations .

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update property data accurately across CRM systems
Assist with portfolio management
Coordinate with Australia-based teams for daily operational support
Handle emails, reports, and scheduling tasks
Ensure smooth communication with clients, tenants,



and vendors
Maintain organised records and ensure timely completion of tasks
Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups

Ability to work independently with initiative
Confident in outbound communication and client interactions
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Experience in Real Estate, Admin, Virtual Assistant, or BPO roles preferred
Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and property management platforms
