What youll do
Be present at partner clinics and speak with patients who are exploring CarePay financing.
Explain available EMI and financing options in transparent, easy language.
Help patients complete applications and submit the required information and documents.
Track each case from application through lender decision and payment to the clinic.
Coordinate with clinic staff and CarePay’s operations team to resolve delays or missing information.
Follow up with patients when more information is needed.
Keep accurate records of enquiries, applications and case outcomes.
Share regular updates on common patient questions and issues from the clinic.
