Management
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters
Identify current companies for placement prospects
Coordinate with organizations for campus recruitment drives
Placement

Coordination
Plan and organize campus interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events
Schedule interviews and manage the selection process
Ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters
Student

Preparation
Conduct training sessions on resume writing, interview skills, and aptitude tests
Organize mock interviews and group discussions
Guide students on career paths and job opportunities
Student Data

Management
Maintain a database of student profiles, skills, and academic records
Track student eligibility for placements
Update placement records and reports

Tracking &
Reporting
Monitor placement statistics (placed, unplaced, offers received)
Collect feedback from recruiters and students
Prepare placement reports for management
Industry

Interaction
Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry experts
Arrange industrial visits and internship opportunities




Stay updated on industry trends and hiring requirements

Facilitate internship opportunities for students
Coordinate between students and companies during internships
Monitor internship performance and feedback

Provide career counseling to students
