Job Summary

MoneyTree Realty Services Ltd. is looking for a Sales Operations to support our real estate sales team in managing sales operations, MIS reporting, CRM updates, sales data, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily sales reports, MIS, and sales performance data.
Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.
Maintain and update CRM/SAP and internal sales records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on pending updates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, site visits, and sales.
Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.




Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, MIS, or a similar role.
Real estate industry experience will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/SAP, and MS Office.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Positive analytical and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
