Role Overview

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional with strong hands-on experience in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design and employee advantages programs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage compensation structures, salary bands, job grades and annual compensation review processes.
Conduct job evaluation, job grading and compensation benchmarking using market surveys and industry data.
Design and implement employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement benefits and employee welfare initiatives.
Monitor compensation costs, pay equity and market competitiveness through data analytics.
Develop compensation policies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.




Collaborate with HR, Finance and business stakeholders on compensation decisions.
Manage perks vendors, renewals and negotiations to optimize costs and employee experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
4–8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
Strong expertise in job evaluation, compensation benchmarking and benefits program design.
Experience in a leading FMCG company or a large organization preferred.
Robust analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel; SAP/HRMS experience is an advantage.
