Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations & Documentation Support Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, maintain accurate records, and handle documentation and Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operational and documentation activities.
Maintain and update records, trackers, and reports using MS Excel.
Prepare, organize, and verify documents and operational data.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of operational tasks.
Monitor pending tasks and follow up for required documents/information.
Perform data entry, data checking, and reconciliation with high accuracy.
Prepare basic MIS reports and Excel-based summaries.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of operational documents.
Identify discrepancies or errors in data/documents and highlight them to the concerned team.
Support the team in process improvement and other operational requirements.

Required Skills
Strong MS Excel skills – formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Eligibility
Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BMS / MBA / any relevant discipline.
Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills are welcome.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in operations, documentation, MIS, or back-office support in logistics background can apply.

Ideal Candidate : A smart, quick learner with strong Excel skills, good IQ/analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach and Good Knowledge about Logistics industry to handling operational and documentation work. Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹977,000.00 per year
