Role & responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches.
Configure and troubleshoot VLAN, STP, OSPF, NAT, ACL, and QoS.
Manage firewalls, network security, and connectivity issues.
Install and maintain Windows & Linux Servers.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Servers.
Monitor server performance, storage, and availability.
Perform server patching, upgrades, and basic security hardening.
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox.
Monitor backups and support Backup & Disaster Recovery activities.
Provide basic support for hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Networking & Server Administration.
Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Valuable knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
