Roles & Responsibilities:
Vendor negotiation
Cost analysis
Supply chain coordination
ERP/MIS knowledge
BOQ interpretation
Technical knowledge of IBMS & ELV systems
Microsoft Excel and reporting
Communication and coordination skills

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management,



including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
Experience in purchase planning and handling purchase orders, with the ability to manage timelines and budgets.
Solid analytical skills to compare quotations, assess total cost of ownership, and optimize procurement decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with I BMS, fire safety, and security systems is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in ERP or procurement software and standard office productivity tools.
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
