Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
Source raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, spare parts, and other requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, stock levels, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and Management.
Handle vendor follow-ups and resolve purchase-related issues.
Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Experience in Ice Cream, Dairy, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing is preferred.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Languages: English, Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi.
