Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate documentation and process handling.
Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement for end-to-end sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Candidates should ideally have knowledge of inventory management, basic commercial terms, and vendor evaluation techniques.
Candidates should have proficiency with MS Office and ERP or procurement software, along with attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in purchasing or procurement within Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of import purchasing procedures and documentation
