Domain Knowledge
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive plastic trim design (preferably door trims).

Technical Skills
Robust expertise in CATIA V5, Teamcenter & Vismockup is a plus.
Knowledge of plastic materials and injection moulding processes.
Understanding of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and drawing standards.

Soft Skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Excellent team collaboration across global and cross-functional settings.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality.
