We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities
Assist patients with appointments, registration, and consultations.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
Guide patients regarding investigations, admissions, discharges, and billing.
Address patient queries and concerns promptly.
Maintain patient records and follow up on patient feedback.
Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; healthcare or hospital administration qualification preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in hospital operations or patient relations preferred. Positive communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude are essential.
