Role Overview:

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for recent students by coordinating with parents, students, tutors, and internal teams to ensure they are ready to begin their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with parents and students to complete the onboarding process.
Schedule initial sessions and ensure students are matched with the right tutor.
Explain the learning process, program structure, and expectations to parents.
Ensure all required information and documentation are collected.
Coordinate with tutors and internal teams to ensure a smooth start.
Follow up with parents to resolve onboarding-related queries and concerns.
Track onboarding progress and ensure students start their classes on time.
Maintain accurate records and meet onboarding targets and timelines.
