Assist hospitals in NABH accreditation and compliance activities.
Prepare, review, and maintain NABH documentation, policies, SOPs, manuals, and formats.
Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments as per NABH standards.
Identify gaps and prepare corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure implementation of NABH requirements.
Maintain quality indicators, records, registers, and supporting documentation.
Conduct staff awareness and training sessions related to NABH standards, quality, patient safety, and documentation.
Support hospitals during NABH assessments, audits, and inspections.
Prepare audit reports and follow up on compliance and improvement activities.

Candidate Profile
MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management.




Good knowledge of NABH standards, hospital quality management, documentation, and auditing.
Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel to client hospitals, if required.
Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also apply.
