Job Responsibilities:
Handle motor insurance claims, including OD and TP claims.
Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, surveyors, and garages for claim processing and settlement.
Assist clients with claim intimation, documentation, and settlement procedures.
Follow up with insurers for timely claim settlements.
Maintain claim records and MIS reports.
Required Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in motor claims.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
