About iotasol Technologies Pvt Ltd iotasol Technologies is looking for a proactive and organized PMO & Compliance Lead to manage project governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project performance, and drive compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor project status, delivery progress, risks, and project health metrics across teams.
Conduct regular meetings with Project Managers, Development, and QA teams.
Drive organizational initiatives, resolve bottlenecks and improve communication across teams.
Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
Lead gap analysis and readiness for ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II, and CMMI.
Conduct internal process checks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.




Maintain compliance documentation, audit records, and project reports.
Share project performance and audit readiness updates with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or IT Delivery within a software or IT services organization.
Hands-on experience maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
Experience coordinating external audits and managing compliance documentation.
Knowledge of ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II, and CMMI certification requirements.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
