Role & responsibilities
Maintaining of all Vehicles and keeping them ready in all aspects.
Recruitment of Drivers, training them and instructing them for safe driving.
Keeping track of vehicles when they go on medical camps / out station trips.
Providing valet services to all visitors with out any delay.
Hiring private vehicles and get their bill Payment procedure in time.
To maintain all vehicle history log books along with Trip sheets of vehicle.
To monitor the regular moments of hired vehicle and protected procedures of private drivers.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with relevant experience in managing Motor Transport operations.
Solid experience in vehicle management and driver supervision.
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety procedures, trip management, and transport operations.
Experience in managing hired/private vehicles and transport vendors.
Valuable coordination, communication, and team management skills.
