Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, complex formulas)
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
Gather business requirements from stakeholders outside the Product function
Identify trends, gaps, and improvement prospects through data analysis
Support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making
Automate recurring reports and data processes using Excel and related tools




Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and Leadership teams
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
Document business processes and analytical findings

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Data Analyst
Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
