Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience OR
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day Electrical and ELV works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Oversee installation of HT/LT systems, lighting, power distribution, CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and other ELV systems.
Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical and ELV systems.
Verify measurements and certify contractors bills.
Maintain project records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Civil, Firefighting, HVAC, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of all Electrical works.
Prepare progress reports and resolve site execution issues.
