PDI In-Charge & Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring proper Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), vehicle readiness, and smooth coordination of vehicle deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct and monitor PDI of current vehicles as per company/manufacturer standards.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, inspected, accessories fitted, and delivery-ready.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accessories, Insurance, Finance and Registration teams for timely vehicle delivery.
Verify vehicle documents, accessories, warranty details and delivery checklist before handover.
Coordinate vehicle allocation and delivery schedules with the Sales team.
Ensure all identified PDI issues are rectified before delivery.
Maintain PDI and delivery records/reports and update the relevant systems.
Coordinate with technicians/detailing teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time.
Conduct final vehicle checks before customer handover.
Ensure a smooth and qualified customer delivery experience.
Follow company safety, quality and process standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
