Lead and manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for pharmaceutical products.
Develop project timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines.
Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
Drive new product development (NPD), product transfers, and lifecycle management projects.
Monitor regulatory submissions, approvals, and launch readiness activities.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality requirements.
Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.




Support business growth initiatives by evaluating project feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements.
