During the initial 2 weeks, the selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week from the Hyderabad office (WFO) to support onboarding, product understanding, and team integration.
After the initial 2 weeks, the work arrangement will become adaptable, with the option to Work From Home on Saturdays.




Candidates currently outside Hyderabad should be open to relocating to Hyderabad.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office as required by the business.

Role Overview The Principal Engineer & Architect will serve as the highest technical authority within the Engineering organization. The role requires a hands-on technology leader who can design, build, and scale secure healthcare technology platforms while remaining actively involved in architecture, development, code reviews, technical problem-solving, and mentoring.
