Oracle HCM Consultant

Experience: 3–6 Years

Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:
Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Handle Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence and Perks .
Gather requirements and interact with clients/business users.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
Perform UAT, testing, implementation and go-live support .
Resolve production issues and provide functional support.
