Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a part time job support opportunity.

Candidates must have hands-on Oracle HCM implementation experience and should be strong in both functional and technical aspects. Profiles with only functional support or only technical experience will not be preferred.

Implementation Experience - Mandatory Candidates must have hands-on end-to-end implementation experience, preferably covering:
Oracle HCM Core HR implementation
Oracle Talent Management implementation
OIC-based HCM integrations
FDI/data loading and migration
Redwood experience
Oracle HCM Security implementation
Requirement gathering and solution design
Configuration, testing and deployment
Production support and issue resolution
