Odoo Platform: 7+ years of deep technical experience with Odoo architecture and development
Programming Skills: Expert-level Python knowledge for business logic implementation, advanced PostgreSQL database management skills
Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Odoo's OWL framework
Odoo Framework: Deep understanding of ORM, security models, workflow engines, and reporting frameworks
Integration: Extensive experience with XML-RPC, REST APIs, EDI, and third-party system integrations
Development Tools: Git, Docker, Linux/Unix settings, and DevOps practices

Platform Knowledge
Comprehensive understanding of Odoo's modular architecture and module composition
Experience with Odoo's core modules: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Project Management
Knowledge of Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh cloud platform, and deployment strategies
Understanding of Odoo's licensing models and Enterprise vs Community differences
Experience with Odoo customization, theming, and white-labelling

Architecture & Leadership
5+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture roles




Proven track record of leading large-scale Odoo implementation projects
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment patterns
Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
Experience with agile development methodologies and project management

Business Acumen
Deep understanding of ERP business processes across multiple domains
Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
Knowledge of industry-specific Odoo implementations (fintech.)
Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Previous experience of leading an engineering team would be a plus.
Contribution to Odoo Community or open-source projects
