Key Responsibilities Production/Factory Manager
Manage daily production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Handle injection molding machines and monitor machine performance.
Ensure product quality, production targets, and timely dispatch.
Manage manpower, shifts, and workforce productivity.
Monitor raw materials, inventory, and production wastage.
Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain safety standards and factory discipline.
Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Track production costs and implement process improvements.
Ensure manufacturing targets are achieved efficiently.
